She was facing the same charges as Trump, under the Georgia RICO laws, plus some charges about unauthorized access to voting machines. The maximum sentences for the charges were more than 20 years I believe.

Using the Georgia RICO laws is a farce. These laws were enacted to fight organized crime. Trump's campaign and legal team were labeled a "criminal enterprise". She was considered part of that enterprise. But this is how they are twisting laws to get Trump. It should not be allowed but look at the judges Trump is getting.

Personally, I feel Biden's SC is doing the right thing. It is what Jack Smith should have done. He could have written a report criticizing Trump and left it at that. Charging him as he did is ridiculous. First, Trump has a right to those documents. Biden cannot say the same thing. But more importantly, I think it is clear that all politicians leaving Washington take documents with them. Remember, Pence had documents too. To single out Trump was pure political BS.
