Trump's legal strategy was horrendous. We learned in 2000 that the courts are not going to allow cases that challenge election results on a summary basis. If Trump wants to win he has to challenge ballots. He can't just say there is fraud. He needs to find the votes and challenge them. He does not have to challenge each ballot to win a hand recount. But he had to show at least some illegal or bad votes.
The problem is, there are too many chefs in the kitchen. Sydney Powell and other, operating outside the president's legal team are muddying the waters with wild accusations they have not backed up with proof.
At this point, the electoral college has cast its votes and Biden won. I have no doubt there was a ton of fraud in this election just based on the statistical analysis conducted, and the number of votes. Mail-in voting was designed to cover up the real fraud. The idea that Biden got 16 million more votes than Hillary Clinton just 4 years ago is absurd. The argument that mail-in voting it the reason is also absurd. Mail-in voting cannot account for 30 million votes. Further, the fact that Republicans flipped so many house seats and state elections also raises suspicions about the vote for Biden.
Look what Democrats are doing in Georgia as we speak. They are literally moving people by the thousands to Georgia just to vote for the Dem senate candidates in the runoff election. Presumably, after the election these people will move out again. Does anyone think this is fair and honest? This is democracy? It shows that Democrats do not want to leave the election to the people, they want to rig it.
Trump should never concede and Republicans should continue to fight to expose every bit of voter fraud they can. Prosecute those involved and give them harsh sentences. We must make sure every election after this one is fair, open, and honest.
