I pay almost half of my monthly social security check to Medicare and Taxes. Yeah, Medicare cost me, with Drug coverage, no dental, about $6000 per year. Plus I pay another $3000 for Medigap coverage to cover what Medicare doesn't. And I still pay about $9000 for my prescription drugs out of pocket. When people talk about Medicare for all like it is free, that's because they know nothing about Medicare.

Have I mentioned that New Jersey is dumb?

New Jersey ends basic reading and writing skills test requirement for teachers

Have you seen our governor?

btw, NJ enacted laws to stop grocery stores and other businesses from giving customers plastic OR PAPER bags to carry out their purchases. Now, we are forced to buy reusable bags, also made out of plastic, and bring them to the grocery store every time we shop. If you go to Loews, or Home Depot, sorry, no bags! Other states have enacted such laws, but no one has banned paper bags like NJ, even though they are made from recycled paper and can be recycled again!

What is stupid is we already recycle all plastic and paper (as well as metal and glass). We could just as easily recycle the plastic grocery bags too. But no! Democrats love banning things.

Now after a couple of years of this they are finding land fills are full of the reusable bags which contain about 10 times as much plastic as the original one time use bags. The net carbon deposits in our landfills has actually increased since the bag ban! Talk about stupid.

California is having the same problem and they are planning to ban the plastic reusable bags and force people to buy new cloth bags. Maine passed similar laws but they are now discussing repealing the laws.

As I posted a few times before, I used the old plastic bags to line trash cans and pick up after my dogs. Now I buy plastic trash can liners and poop bags which I throw in the garbage. All these store bought bags are thicker than the bags I used to get from the stores and contain more carbon based polymers.

Liberals are stupid. NJ happens to be run by them.

Horrible.

But this is what happens when Democrats run things. Trump posted some of the abuses they've done that would have potentially helped here. But you know, Libtardism.

Unfortunately, yes. I have seen our governor. Massachusetts liberal transplant. :/
Who the hell voted for this creep?

The utter waste of the plastic bag thing is just more evidence of the dementia of the left. My plastic wrapped food cannot reside in a plastic bag. Brilliant. They also got rid of the hand baskets for some stupid reason.

As for the teacher thing, reading and writing lead to questioning narratives and a generation who is harder to control. I can't believe there isn't more of a stink being made over this.
