OK well I would be criticizing Jerry if he had given Nnamdi a monster (18 mil a year) deal. Corners aren't worth that money. Neither was Weddle or Huff. So I'm having a tough time criticizing the moves so far, even if I am slightly disappointed in our lack thereof.

Defense I'm not worried about so much. I think they are very talented, they've shown that potential two years back, and Ryan can coach em up to get back there. The OL is what I am disappointed in us not moving on. I don't like the idea of Holland being our RG and I'm sketchy on Smith starting from day 1.

I don't mind the big names if you get the right guy at the right position, but it isn't something you can do every year.

Actually he broke or bruised his ribs and had to take shots before and during most every game to even get out there at times. Oddly enough, last year he had no groin injuries which I found funny since I was just waiting on it last year.

Perhaps this is a good sign. That it will be a good season, like eating Black Eyed Peas after New Years. Last year Newman didn't pull his groin and we suffered the rather of the groin pull fairy by having a 6-10 season.
