No it shouldnt. If anything it should be used alot more.

Case in point, if you murder someone and there is no dispute that you are guilty, you should be put immediately to death. Its an utter waste of tax payer money keeping trash alive, paying all their attorney fees, court costs, appeals costs plus room and board.

It should be abolished, not used a lot more. Who are you or I to decide whether another person should live or die. Put them in prison and make them work for their keep.


If you are looking st jyst saving money, Decriminalize or legalize drugs that will help with all the costs you mentioned above. Prohibition doesn't work.
