He has too big of an ego, but he's still a good owner. He's taken a team he bought for $150 million and made it worth $1.3 billion.

It is also his responsibility as an owner to ensure his business produces a quality product. If your current GM isn't getting it done you fire him or take the blame on yourself.

Both... I still think he's a good owner but he's just not a football guy.
