I love the Dallas Cowboys, but i hate what this team has become. Im tired of hearing about its the coaches fault its Jerrys fault. Jerry given every one of his coaches what they wanted to win. Nobody can say different.
This is squarely on the players. they play and make the same stupid mistakes every week. For years its been this way. Its just time to break up this team and start over. Ive never seen Jerry as mad and disgusted as he was shown on sunday night.
First order i would sure hope they hire a oc, Norv, Sparano, Haley. Id love either one of them. If i would put money on it i would say Norv would come to Dallas because him and Garrett are so close.
Second order of business id hope they removed the plethora of trash on the sidelines.

Id love to see Dallas go back to a 4-3 but thats not gonna happen. So with that said. id Like for Hatcher and Lissemore yes i said lissemore to start at DE. Lissemore is a guy under the radar and he is only getting better. Plays his butt off every time hes in the game. I love ratliff but its time to trade or move him to DE. Ratliff is a liabilty at the end of the yr with the beating he takes all yr. Its no suprise teams are running all over the defense right now. Starts right in the middle.
Id like to see Lee and Carter start next yr in the middle. Carters motor never stops. I think hes going to be better than lee. Ware will be a Cowboy until he hangs up his cleats. I wouldnt mind Victor butler starting but hed have to get bigger to play on a every down basis. So draft or sign a FA.
Secondary Mike Jenkins has heard the talk of him being soft and he's rebounded from last yr. Jenkins has been remarkable this yr. NO reason or secret why teams go after newman consistantly on 3rd down. 8 out of 10 times u will see what Nicks and Cruz did to him.Double moves is Newmans weakness, thats why he plays so far off the wr. Anybody remember yr 2 of Newman? Guy was toast. Scandrick and Jenkins will be the 2 guys starting next yr. Dallas needs to draft or sign more CBs. People want to say the secondary is whats wrong with Dallas. Anybody ever notice how long theyre covering? There is zero passrush. Its not the secondary. its the lack of a passrush thats killing Dallas. Dallas needs to collapse the middle and create matchup problems for Ware and the blitzers. There is nobody along the DL to do that.
Offensively Dallas is pretty good and young. Frees days on LT should be over this yr and he'd fit in really good on the right side. Tyron is going to be a poetic monster with his footwork for years to come. Kowalski amd Costa can battle for the C maybe the best guy win. Murry and Jones will be a beautiful thing when and if The team can get a OC who knows how utilize a game plan. Romo is Romo, he's going to make you love him and hate him atleast 5 times over a game. thats just who he is. If there is a chance to get his eventual replacement this yr. Do it!
