punk does have a point. You can't just replace an entire offensive line in one offseason. At some point, you have to give them some time to become a cohesive unit. They didn't really play together all off season last year.

The OL does need a leader and I hope Frederick can fill that role. He's obviously smart, so I'm hoping he plays center and handles the calls. If anyone else is brought in, it might be nice to see someone like Brandon Moore for a year or two since he is familiar with Callahan's system. Free did his best work when he was next to an established vet in Kosier. And, if Parnell wins that job, which he might, it'd be the same deal. Pair a young guy with an established vet.
