Nothing without Crennel.

You'd have a point if Crennel had any success without BB.

As it is, he's failed miserably on his own. Same with Weiss.

Which only makes Belichick seem that much better of a head coach, in order to win with those inept coaches.

Parcells haters = Still can't fit through doorways. Not that damned ugly. Mistake GI Joe's for real soldiers. Literally don't know how to give up retarded arguments on the internet. Big fish in a little pond.

You seem distraught.

Care to discuss?

Little Bill is nothing without Myra Kraft.

Expect the Pats to go 4-12 next year.

Gave us basically 1 HOF each season.

Youre aware he likes rebuilds and his record is skewed so.....

Not sure if serious or just dumb-trolling to help build this massive thread

He doesn't "like rebuilds"

He gets burnt out. He then retires.

Check his exit PC's at every stop. He says every time he's retiring and will never coach again.

Then... he gets the itch.

So who hires a new coach? A shit team.

Hence, the "rebuild."

So in addition to asteriking his record the years Bellichick was on his staff, Canton gets to inscribe that Parcells rebuilt 4 NFL teams, while hating to do so too.

Thanks, Mid.

He loved football. Its in his blood. But he got burnt out and quit on his teams.

Are you guys really going to even deny that?

the thing I have always liked about parcells is that when he was a young coach he reached out to all the legendary coaches to learn how and why they did things. He was always interested in the league as a whole and the well being of the league.

when he became a veteran coach he then turned around and passed down all that stuff to younger guys. Its made the league better and the various coaches he had contact with better.

He was a friend of Tom Landry and Landry liked him and offered him advice on a regular basis, then years later when he was a vet jimmy johnson was about to lose his mind because jerry jones stuck the cowboys in a ritzy beverly hills hotel for the two week buildup to the superbowl in pasadena. He knew the team would be distracted and would get in trouble.....so he reached out to bill parcells because parcells had won a superbowl in pasadena in 86, Parcells came through and told him a spot to take the team so they could focus.

the bills ended up being the ones getting in trouble and distracted and we kicked the living shit out of them.

Its the reason he has the legacy he has and the coaching tree he has, parcells found tom coughlin working the football fields in rochester and brought him into the league and taught him, just like charlie weiss.

THe giants and patriots teams that were champions were about linebackers. Parcells was an old school linebackers coach, when he first got the job with the giants he was hired as defensive coach, then left to be with his family back in colorado where his wife refused to leave....you know after parcells rebuilt the air force football program that kept many of his initial teachings for over 25 years........after leaving he then came back to the nfl and with the giants he ran the defense and taught a young special teams assistant coach in belichic.....he taught him the linebacking position and the defense.

His roots are so deep in both the giants and patriots championship runs they are undeniable.

anyway, there is no point in arguing I just love what the guy did for the league. It was awesome having Tom Landry, Joe Gibbs and Bill Parcells in the league together along with bill walsh, don shula, chuck knoll, mike ditka etc.......Brilliant time for the nfl.

Not at all. Just basically showing how retarded you're being continually bringing up the Belichick/Brady dramatics.

I guess it is undeniably a slam dunk that Joe Gibbs must be the greatest HC of all time. Afterall, he's won three SBs with three different QBs. And none of them all that impressive, either.

Parcells was a great team builder. When he was with the Giants. He was looking for a check by the time he got to Dallas. He did a good job getting us out of the shitty 5-11 rut. But bitched out and ran before anything could be accomplished with what he'd started here. It's laughable when dipshits try to say Jerry ran him out of Dallas. It's been well documented that Jerry offered hiim more money to stay. Instead, because he left we got Wade to fuck up what we had going. Blame Jerry for hiring Wade, and that fat fuck Parcells for leaving in the first place.

in many stops he did more than just rebuild, just like his time at air force he basically re-established the giants organization along with george young.....in new england they were operating like a third world country in a division with a team that went to 4 straight superbowls. He had to not only build the team and front office he also had to help in designing the facilities and all that type of stuff.....

His immediate turnaround in new england was as big an accomplishment as jimmy and jerry's here they just came a kick return short in the superbowl. Just like jimmy in Dallas, Bill in new england had an issue with the owner that caused him to leave.

Its completely crazy to say he is a .500 coach and summarize his career that way unless you do not know much about his career, which I suspect is the case with mid.

So Parcells' greed comes and goes then?
