I think its well documented they were going to take one of the CB's had they been available.

All he is saying in that comment is Parsons was the highest rated defensive player on their board, which made him a nice "consolation prize"

IdiotZone melted down months ago when that news came out wondering why they were going to take the CB over the higher rated player, but its pretty obvious they valued the CB spot far more than a 4-3 LB.
