Such a formation certainly has potential.

It'd be so awesome if Escobar broke out and the two TE set worked like a champ, it would take the pressure off Dez coming back and you know damn well he'll want to get out there before he's fully healed and they'll probably let him in the name of he's passionate and then he'll get re-injured

No. He was talking about the drives after Dez was out. Magically we found other people to throw to, and stuff. Just like I was called a nut, for suggesting we might do.

I had this really wild theory that if Dez was out, Tony wouldn't be looking for him at all and would be like, throwing to other people instead and stuff.

I know, crazy ole Dooms right? Vindicated.

lol, you crazy old fucker, hope they continue to vindicate you, Dez is pissing me off

I was watching a lot of the Rangers game and switching back and forth, but the Falcons/Eagles looked to me like a close game between two good teams. Falcons look much better, more like they did a few years ago when they were winning double digit games.

Of course

LOL

See, I am hoping to see a 3TE set that has Pablo Escobar on the wing, with Swaim and Witten in tight. Fake a handoff, take your pick of big targets.

Before he was hurt they were pretty much taking him away completely. I don't fault him for getting hurt with this legitimate injury, but you're right, something like this CAN improve the team over the long haul. When he is back, we still have the stuff we were doing without him, and now what, if you're the opponent?

I'd like to see that and as long as I'm wishing, I'd like Seattle be wrong about that Michael kid so Dallas could add some power to their backfield. It looks all finesse so far and I miss the type of punishment Murray dished out

Dallas simply has no plans to feature the power running game. Another thing they called me nuts, for suggesting.

thats the dream but that fucker needs to learn how to drink water and quit blowing his wad in the pregame.

I'm sick of everyone handling him with kit gloves because he's "just passionate"

Well, pretty much every NFL player is out of shape, conditioning wise, this first week. The new CBA saw to that.

Only way it will happen will be for the same reason it happened last year - it ALL depends on the condition of Tony's back.

right but I was referring to him being dehydrated which can be managed by proper hydration plus from what I heard Dez was out on the field way before the game started working his ass off running routes and hyping up the crowd, that strikes me as stupid, which I think Dez is

There's no way the Cowboys abandon the run game early on. The (accidental) plan of building a great O Line and running behind it has the Cowboys' brass feeling too good about themselves.

I mean, we saw last night how fast the run game went bye-bye. It was part of the reason we had to make that dramatic comeback.

I hear ya though.
