Yankees in 6.
Phillies in 5.

I think it's going seven in our series, unless we fail to win the first game at home. Then it could be an early exit for us.

The Phillies will win their series with ease and it will be hard as hell to beat them in the WS. They want to win it again, bad.

I just don't think the Rangers can play with the Yankees whenever Lee's not on the mound. They'll be wide eyed and swallowed up in the grand spectacle that is the ALCS. I'm being generous giving them 2 wins.

I suppose it's possible the Phillies' bats continue to struggle and they get upset but I doubt it.

I just don't think much of the Giants. If they were in the AL, they'd have been making offseason plans in August.

I don't know, maybe it's just because the Rangers finally won a post season series. lol

After game one I might change my tune.

It's amazing how you accomplish what you do with that payroll.

My chest would swell with pride.

Exactly what the Yanks needed, game one in Arlington.

Because I know game three is a loss with Cliff Lee on the mound.

If the Rangers had won tonight it would have been a lot harder to beat them in game two.

And that what have been the series.

Lee fans 13 in 8 innings of shutout ball.

So now he's 7-0 with an ERA getting down close to 1 in the postseason.

Epic all timer.

I think Teixeira is done for the series after seeing that.

He needed to be helped off the field and headed for the locker room.

With this win tonight, my Yanks are still alive with a faint pulse.

Up next, Cliff Lee and a exit out of the ALCS.
