im 6'1" 250+ right now... 210-225 when im training, and i can safely say that ive never been good w/ small spaces

we're about the same size, I'm 243 at 6-1 and the goal is to get to 195

I could get down to 95lbs and you still couldnt pay me enough to spend five minutes in that coffin
