No doubt, pep. One thing I think people underestimate sometimes is his huge desire to be buddies with his players, especially his pet projects. There are plenty of examples over the years, but just look at Pacman on Hard Knocks. Jerry loved the fact that he "saved" Pacman and Pacman then gave Jerry tons of love for it. He's not going to let a coach kick the butt of a player like that even when they need it.

So yeah, that problem is always going to be there. When I talk about change, I just mean a better coaching staff like with Parcells. As much as Jerry as GM is less than ideal, he's still not to blame for disorganization, mental errors, and poor scheming on the field. With better coaches who knew what they were doing, I think we'd at least be much better, even if not ever a New England type near-dynasty.

This is funny. Like buddy Garrity who just wants to be one of the boys again. Slapping asses in the locker room post game like he was out there.

Someone should ask Jerry if he's going to hire Garrett to drill some oil wells for him and run an oil company.

Perfect analogy. Someone should make it into a billboard.
Success in one area doesn't guarantee success in another. It's too bad this bozo refuses to accept it.

The problem is he thinks he is successful. He looks at the overall value of the franchise as a success, and it is, for a businessman. He has also said many times that he was the "General Manager" during the Super Bowl years so in his mind, he was a successful GM. He always thinks he's put out a good product and we were just a few breaks, injuries, or whatever bs he can come up with, away from going on a magical playoff run JUST LIKE THE GIANTS.

:lol He must think he's doing something right. I'd be well out of a job if I kept using success from 20 + years ago to measure my current status.

Unfortunately, his progeny is obviously going to take the reins when his day is done and it probably won't change much in that day either.

I can't wait until this guy dies.

Screw my fandom. I hope he we never win another playoff game as long as he's alive and he dies miserable.

I'm forbiding my kids to become Cowboys fans. I'm going to start buying them Ravens gear since we live close to Baltimore.

Buy them some Ray Lewis jerseys.

And I'm not buying my son anything that goes into that bastard's pocket.

The problem is there was a time when Al Davis was great. Jerry has never been great. Al Davis forgot more about football then Jerry will ever know.

Al Davis was a career football guy. He was an assistant at USC and with the Chargers. His problem, much like Jerry's, is that early success dictated the way he thought the rest of his career.

He sounds so stupid when he tries to talk football. He wants everyone to think he knows so much. He's just a delusional old man who needs to fall down the stairs and land on his face.

“For years when I first got involved….

Notice the pattern there. After Those Super Bowl titles. Everything has gone down hill. Thank God Jimmy did everything for Jerry when he first bought the team or we'd still be without a SB.

Ever since Jimmy left he had his hands on everything turning it into shit. Keep up the good work ******.

Look at his eyes. He's still drunk from the night before.

And I loved the unbutton shirt look.
