Favorite Video Games from your childhood?

I had the intellivision baseball, football and imitation PAC man for Atari.

They worked on Atari 2600 systems and the games were like a dollar at one point.

Commodores micro league wrestling was awesome.

It looked like real guys and u would pick a move and the computer would determine who's move would work.

I loved that game, they sold disks of extra wrestlers. I bought one with king Harley race and some others who I forget.

The coolest part was the intros and music. They carried the king down the aisle to the ring.

Bought it at paper cutter who at the time were the only ones left selling commodore games, toys r us stopped because all of us had Cracker Jack, icepick and disector to copy games.

The key was putting together the right combination of players. The skinny guy up front for breakaway speed, the 2 midsize guys to play in the middle, and the fat guy in the back to act as a defensive enforcer.

This combination won many games for me as a kid. k

Yup, it was The Amazon. My favorite was Star Man, but I also liked King Slender because he looked like Ric Flair.

Super Mario 3 is great. I am going to hook up my Nintendo today so my son can play it.

I was looking around for 1 and 2 for him and I am Suprised how much they sell for.

I followed instructions and took apart my nes and cleaned it, then ordered a bit to use to open the new games up and clean them.

My Mario 3 won't work but baseball stars works perfectly.

It's funny, when I was a kid I never would have taken it apart but if I had it would have worked great.

DAMN...use to play the shit out of Killer Instinct. Maya's 99-hit combo ftw!

There were 2 golden ages for arcades: the first was the 80's when Pacman boomed, and the second was when Street Fighter 2 came out and almost single-handedly revived the arcade scene.

Since it was so immensely popular, companies started making fighting games left and right. MK and Killer Instinct were 2 of the best ones. I used to play the hell out all of those fighting games.

It was fun growing up as a teenager during that time.

My favorite character in KI 1 was Orchid.
