If anything, a mediocre team like the NYG winning it all should give everyone cause for optimism. Clearly the league is mediocre now.

The Giants because the first team to ever win a Super Bowl with less than 10 wins, and they were the first team to ever play in a conference championship despite giving up more pts than they scored. Then won it all.

I said it two weeks ago, wont surprise me at all if 2 of the 4 teams in the conference championships dont even make the playoffs next year.

I have a friend who s a die hard browns fan, he s a miserable dude in the fall.

They went from a similar situation we are in during the late 80s to there current run of 20 years of nothing.

They all blamed kosar and Marty schottenheimer then those two left and the franchise has been an utter mess since.
