gawd I hope they're right

If he becomes a player, its amazing how all the scouts under rated him and how hard it is to project who can play in the NFL

I saw someone who posted the Parcell's QB checklist and Dak hit everyone of them with his closest competitor being Connor Cook. I didn't watch the Senior Bowl (or whatever game he played in) but didn't he do well there and get best player or something?

Sure seems like he clicked a lot of boxes for a good QB prospect

Then again, we've seen QBs like RG3, Josh Freeman and Kaepernick have strong starts and then fizzle big time so only time will tell but its damn encouraging

Someone posted that here too, but it just talked up Connor Cook in it. Weird.

I know some people can point to Russell Wilson and say that everyone slept on him too. Not really though. They just slept on him because of his height. He was flashing his skills long ago in college. Dak, on the otherhand, didn't show nearly as much polish.

Read a couple of his scouting reports. At many points the dude seemed unsure of where he was supposed to go with the football. At least as much as for people to take notice of it.

This is also backed by the fact that the Cowboys coveted Cook more, IMO, mainly due to the fact that he was thought of as more NFL-ready, the pro-style offense, blah blah blah.

From his last college snap until Training Camp, something remarkable happened to Prescott along the way. He really buckled down and got himself a great instructor or something because he's really come out of nowhere. Surprising even the Cowboys.

I think that was me, Dak is on there but he's the far right column and I overlooked him the first time I saw it, perhaps you did too?

I was just looking a the boxscore, Prescott was 7/10 for 61 yds and a TD.

He played on the South squad though. Wentz played for the North team.

That's right, he was on the South Team. Still Wentz was very average in that game. Dak was really the only one that stood out. Still, even after that game I didn't expect much from him.
