What issues has he had being in bars or nightclubs? Hey! While we're at it, he should also stay away from malls, as well.

none yet, but he is the perfect candidate to get into trouble because he has what appears as some anger issues or whatever.

think about what you just typed.

he got into trouble at the mall. I mean think about it. He got into trouble at the mall.

that is teenager stuff when you are 14. I have never heard of an adult getting into trouble at the mall? the mall.

outside of like a pervert jerking off to semi porn in spencers or whatever when have you ever heard of an adult getting into trouble at the mall.

its fucking nuts.

Still nothing up on any news site about this.

The place that "broke" this story also admits they cant confirm it, and when you read their column on it its pretty obvious they just dont like the guy.

I'm placing this in the "b/s" category until I hear otherwise.

This is the avenue that brought the Mike Vick story to light too (murky, uncomfirmed rumors at first).

Just saying.

Uh no. He got into "trouble" because some fucking security officer had a problem with this young black millionaire---whose game day check is probably twice more than what said security oficer makes in a year, for wearing his pants saggy, while he walks around in polyester pants and overstarched shirt and a flashlight and a can of pepper spray at his side.

Yeah, Dez is a canidate.

I think DEz is still 16 and on myspace looking for pussy all the time and always looking for something to do. If youre out at 4 all the time you're going to run into trouble eventually

Even if youre Chris canty and the guy attacked you at some point you just chill

You guys remember when Mike irvin got busted with all that coke and we cut his ass immediately?

Irvin was a good football player right away.

He never had a babysitter, didn't need people making excuses fr him and worked his way back from a bad injury.

DEz is not like Irvin.

Even saying that the culture that allowed irvin to do what he wanted was the culture that helped tear the whole thing down.

But again DEz is not Irvin.

The mall incident and lawsuits would be considered law related, would they not?
Civil lawsuits? I don't think I would say those are "run ins with the law" that would be a reason to think about cutting/trading a guy. 50% of all married people are eventually involved in some type of civil lawsuit when they get divorced. Would those players need to be reconsidered? Antonio Cromartie has probably been involved in 10 paternity lawsuits, and he's still playing.

I think Dez is an idiot. Could be a superstar but has the brains of a two year old. No offense to two year olds.

You know way more than I do about law.

Are the following statements retarded?

1. His incident inside the mall required mall security to get involved. The security is in place to ensure rules and laws are enforced.

2. Dez was sued because he did something against the law?

Im not saying he's in and out of jail, I'm saying I see a pattern. He's not smart enough to keep himself out of trouble.

He just hired DR and that means he wants to get paid soon. I'd trade his ass now and let some other team deal with his bullshit. It has nothing to do with talent, he's a beast, but his head is filled with sand.

IIRC, the only reason mall security was called was because Dez was being belligerent after one of them asked him to pull his pants up. It's not really breaking a law, just being disrespectful. I bet there are more than a handful of entitled millionaire NFL players who get belligerent from time to time.

If you consider breaching a contract against the law, then yeah. But there are different levels of things that are "against the law." Civil lawsuits generally are considered less serious than criminal lawsuits when you're talking about someone's reputation, which is basically what this is all about. Even criminal lawsuits have different levels. We don't hear about every time a NFL player gets a speeding ticket. That's a criminal offense.

There are a number of talented players who have gotten into way more serious trouble than Dez who kept their jobs and still helped their teams. I'm not defending the guy's behavior, but I wouldn't give up on him over getting in an argument, not paying a debt, and getting in one fight. I've been guilty of all of those, and wouldn't want them to ruin my career.
