Not sure how we can expect to replace this kind of talent.

The Cowboys waived linebacker Ka'Lial Glaud on Thursday with the designation of a failed physical.
Glaud played in seven games for Tampa Bay in 2013 and spent time on the Cowboys' practice squad last season.

The Cowboys briefly waived Glaud last September before clearing waivers and being added to the team's injured reserve.
