The top DYAR seasons for Cowboys QBs are Dak seasons because DYAR is a total stat and Aikman didn't throw anywhere near as much as today's QBs. But the top DVOA (rate) seasons are Aikman.
1993 Aikman 35.6%
1995 Aikman 35.3%
2016 Dak 31.6%
1992 Aikman 29.3%
2009 Romo 28.0% (2/x)

Overall, Aikman had: - 2 seasons with the league's top pass DVOA (93/95) - 5 seasons in the top 4 for pass DVOA - 2 more seasons ranked No. 7 Aikman's peak was absolutely excellent. Of course, we don't have pbp for the 70s but Staubach was prob the best Cowboys QB. (3/3)
