Yes, he does need it explained to him.

Cash spent in one year does not equal salary cap space available.

You cant give every player a new market setting contract every time another player on another team signs one.

Its pure insanity with the players. The owners deserve plenty of blame too (especially for the incredible stupidity in regards to QB contracts) but a line has to be drawn somewhere.

Reports are that Zach isn’t asking for a record setting contract.

Zach Martin is NOT where you draw that line. Until Micah got here Zach was, and has been the best player on the team.

Martin willingly signed a $88 million dollar contract with $20 million dollar bonus. Now he is trying to hold the team hostage. Other younger players have a pay day coming (Parsons). Martin is 32 & will be 34 when his current contract is up. No one is going to give him more money or an extended contract. Stop thinking about yourself Zack!

thats the precedent jeri and his merry band of idiots set when they caved to Zeke, they should have told him to pound sand and go dodge barrels elsewhere

I couldn't take... Last night, on all of the local sports shows, were exclusive interviews with Jerrah.
The delusional bubble that that man lives in is something!

"Money is not all important to me. I would spend whatever it took to get a SB team on the field."

Jerry, if getting a SB was #1 on your list, then you would fire the GM and hire somone that could effectively do the job.

It’s not Cowboys training camp till the latest news breaks…..

RB Ronald Jones has been suspended the first two games of the regular season for violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances, per a statement from an NFL spokesperson. Jones is eligible to participate in all preseason practices and games. He will be allowed to return to the Cowboys' active roster on Monday, Sept. 18, following the team’s Week 2 game against the New York Jets.
