Don't know enough about Garrett as a QB coach --- wasn't there long enough, but he certainly was a worse OC and definitely a worse HC than he was as a QB.

Garrett gets worse the higher he goes. So he should really be the guy that keeps the headset cord from getting stepped on for the next HC.
