Cowboy coaching thread

i am mostly ho-hum about the cowboys coaching staff,,.,, especially the moves that the front office has made in regards to adding to/subtracting from said coaching staff





but i am a dallas cowboys fan at heart and for them to get a coach with the pedigree and RECENT success like richard has..

This is about the only coaching move that the team has made that gives me any hope

Hopefully he doesn’t get neutered bu Jerry and actually has the balls to do things his way. Maybe our secondary can take a step forward this season. He’s got plenty of youth to work with so hopefully he can mold them into a strong unit like he did with the legion of boom

I like the changes at OL coach and WR coach as well, but agree Richard was probably a coup for us.

I think he's a legit HC candidate too and could be a big upgrade over Clapper

The Cowboys have hired Markus Paul as their strength and conditioning coach. He was with the Giants since 2007.
