Putting this up for all those great assistant coach hirings/changes we will be doing, because you know, a new TE coach could be worth an extra win or two per year. remember once upon a time a certain CZ-er said our DB coach was worth two wins per year.

In regards to Bisaccia, he signed an extension last year and is still under contract. If he is leaving then we either let him out of his deal or are getting something from Oakland as compensation.

Bisaccia being let out of his contract and will join Gruden in Oakland.

it's interesting because in past years they haven't let other coaches out of their contracts, even if it was for a promotion (like Eberflus to DC elsewhere).

Some think it is Garrett's father, the sunshine pumpers at BTB use him as a source. Not sure who he is though.
