Around the NFL coaches getting axed thread

Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting Browns will fire HC Pat Shurmur and GM Tom Heckert tonight.

San Diego will fire Norv Turner

Philly will fire Andy Reid

Other likely fires IMO are Chan Gailey, Ken Whisenhunt, Mike Munchak & Romeo Crennel. I also wont be surprised if Jacksonville fires Mike Mularkey and the Raiders fire Dennis Allen (both after just one season due to ownership or front office changes). Also rumors that Carolina is going to fire Ron Rivera. Wouldnt totally shock me if Tom Coughlin retires either.

Reid would be a great match in San Diego.

I thought I heard Gailey was comfortable in Buffalo for at least another year. Whoever extended Fitzpatrick ought to get the axe though.

Better than who we have now. But Ryan isnt the only problem.

KC kept the architect of their mess in place though. Pioli has been one of the worst GM's in football sicne the day he took over there.
