A few years ago I was working on a lawnmower in my dad's garage. The dogs kept barking and when I learned I couldn't fix it I got a little angry and threw the multi-tool I was using straight down as hard as I could. Bits of conrete flew up it hit the ground so hard. Bad part is when I did that the blade opened up and sliced open the bottom of my index finger. The pain was intense and I've never seen so much blood. I actually thought I might bleed to death. The realization I would have to get stitches for the first time sucked too. My index finger is still numb today. I won't be doing that again.

Ever spent more than a day or two in jail? Why?
I spent 8 hours in jail on a simple battery charge for pushing a strip club manager for kicking me out. Got outside and the cops put me in handcuffs. One of the cops told to me sit down, I didn't understand what he said and kinda hesitated for one second and he kicked my feet out from under me and slammed me on the ground. The manager never showed up to court, as I predicted, so it was thrown out.

How many times have you been arrested lol ? Still want to hear from NoDak too.
Yeah they gave me some food but it was awful. I only drank the milk. I was struck by how humble the prisoner was who came to my cell and gave me the food. Felt bad he was there because he didn't seem like a bad guy at all.

4 times. Only had to spend 1 of those times in a cell. 1 constant in all of these.

There was always one constant with my arrest and run-ins with the police, which are four - alcohol. If I had seen the pattern the first run-in I would have avoided a lot of shit...

I don't really know how many times I've been arrested. The longest I've been in jail was 16 days straight for fighting in a bar. I threw a guy out the plate glass window onto main street. Spent 12 days once for fleeing, reckless endangerment, destruction of property, driving under suspension, and speeding. lol Yep they even tagged the speeding ticket on. They only caught me because I jumped a creek in my pickup and broke a leafspring and cracked my rear axle. I initially got away, but they later saw the damage to my truck and put 2 and 2 together. The Dukes of Hazzard is a bunch of bullshit, man.
I've spent a shitload of overnighters in the drunk tank for fighting. A few 2-3 day vacations, too. I've never been arrested for anything crime related outside of what I've mentioned here. (did steal a car once, but I needed a ride) I used to fight a lot when I was younger. I'm 41 now, and haven't been in the graybar hotel for 10 years or so.
