Your misunderstanding. Jason garret is not new. Tom ciskowski and this front office are not new. These are the guys who have missed and missed and missed.

Garrett has been here for five years. It's not the same thing. If Garrett were hired in jacksonville last year he would deserve 4 years.

He has been here though for some really low moments, he has been a part of this process over the past five years.

The one thing that does give me hope from jason Garrett is that he does have the one quality I think is vital to win and that is surrounding himself with good coaches.

Rob Ryan was a fallback, not a guy they wanted.

Jg has wanted capers, Greg Williams and foge fazio......all are producing at a high level.

With woicik and Jimmy Robinson here hopefully he really improves the staff this year.

This is wrong. Big difference between making a coaching change, and making a good coaching change. We have a dumbass ginger as HC. Hire someone decent to eliminate that variable, and then tweak the other stuff.

No shit. Our ineptitude in these regular season Do-or-Die games as of late is worse than drinking a cup of a gay man's vomit.

In the last ~7 years, we're 1-5 (Redskins 35-7 loss, Ravens in final TX Stadium game, 44-6 Eagles loss, earlier Giants loss and tonight's loss, compared to only 2009's Eagles win)

Your preaching to the choir. You and I or any knowledgeable Cowboys fan could sit down and make better personnel decisions than what has transpired over the last 15 plus years. It's simply a statement about the level of mediocrity this organization is mired in regardless of what happens on a year to year basis. As fans all were left with is the hope that whatever button Jerry pushes is for the betterment of team but deep down knowing it's just another misfire along the way.
