For the record, I don't believe it either.
Supposedly his revised deal makes it very easy to trade him cap-wise, but we all know the Jones are dumb as fuck
10 players have more rushing yards alone than we do as a team.

Jerry is invincible and indestructible, you know this. Why can't it crash and kill him? Jerruh casually interrupting practice.

Shear stupidity! JJ and son never cease to amaze us. Almost thirty years and we haven’t sniffed an NFC Championship much less a SB. We are going to need all the horsepower we have to try and stay close to Pittsburgh. Our team is soft and our Owner is stupid. It's not hard to understand. Promoting him means they probably have to bench Zeke. Zeke offers nothing on ST and neither does Cook. Dowdle and Vaughn can both do something on ST.
Would agree benching or demoting Vaughn makes sense at this point too, but they apprently wont do it.
And we know the donkey's ass GM doesn't want to bench Zeke.
The sad thing is with a smarter owner who turned the FO over to real football people, we'd have probably won at least 1 or 2 super bowls over this doormat run since 1996 that he's had. There's certainly been enough talent in some seasons (2007, 2009, maybe 2014, 2016 and 2022/2023) to make a serious run, at least GET TO a few conference championship games.Shear stupidity! He turned a 140 million dolla investment into a 10 BILLION property. Yes I understand - this did not require any football knowledge. Because of yhe business accomplishments, he is smart.a smarter owner
You were never going to win a SB with the white version of Dak at QB ... lolsThe sad thing is with a smarter owner who turned the FO over to real football people, we'd have probably won at least 1 or 2 super bowls over this doormat run since 1996 that he's had. But they dont have the football environment they need to do that.
