I think he'll be signed by Monday or Tuesday. He's friends with Gilmore, who'll put in a good word; and like you said, Evans certainly hasn't done anything to convince them otherwise.

Winning is always fun, but the Commanders are playing for next year. A team that wants to win this year doesn't get rid of both Sweat and Chase Young.
So, although everyone talks about the nice job our interior OL did against their vaunted DTs, they have no real edge rushers to compliment their DTs.
We should beat Seattle. After that, we'll see.
I grew up in Rochester, NY. I had season tickets to the Bills for a few years. It can get very cold, windy, snowy in Buffalo in mid-December (better hope for good weather).
I've seen warm weather teams crumble at what was then called Rich Stadium even when Buffalo was a bad team. We might have to rely on the running game and I don't know if Pollard's style fits.
Yeah, I get it. The clothing to keep players warm is much better now, but if you're not used to it, it's hard. The ball feels different, the grass feels different, etc.
If we don't beat Philly, it could very well be 2 losses in a row.
Miami in Miami won't be an easy out.
So the point is, while all the talking head homers talk it up about how good Dallas is, the real test is coming.
