Sometimes better to be lucky than good.

Guessing one of the youngsters ran the wrong route, but it worked out in the end.

So Miami doesn't have any wins vs a team with a winning record, but they are a real contender and one of the premier teams in the AFC.

Interesting.

Thoughts?

Maybe, although they supposedly love 6th rd pick Eric Scott (who they've deactivated every week so far) and I would think it's a safe bet we add another CB fairly early in the draft too.

But keeping Gilmore would prob be smart unless he drops off the charts with his health. We have no idea how close Diggs will be to his normal self next year and we've seen how recent ACL injuries with this team have hindered them (Gallup and Steele)

Sounds right to me. Unless he falls off significantly or Scott or a rookie blows the doors off him in the offseason there's really no reason not to.

This is what Carolina did for a player than isnt even half the prospect Stroud is.

The Panthers have traded up to acquire the No. 1 overall pick in the draft from the Chicago Bears in exchange for Carolina's No. 9 and No. 61 overall picks in 2023, a first-round pick in 2024, a second-round pick in 2025 and star wide receiver D.J.
