Anyone that took away from this game that we had turned the corner is a fool. If we win next week it will be sheer luck on our parts. This game was fools gold and so was the Washington game. We have played like ass since Dak came back and the only wins we've had were against shitty teams. This is not the same team that started the season.

Our starters are really quite a lot better than their backups. I'm surprised.

The offense definitely was.

But I was not happy with the defense. The Eagles got a gift TD on that opening drive because Joseph made a great play and should have picked that ball off, but at the least he deflected it and they got lucky for it to fall ion their own guys lap.

The run defense was awful and the pass rush was really spotty again.

I doubt any sound thinking person thinks we "turned the corner". The defense did not play all that great and they were not good at all last week either.

That said, it wouldn't necessarily be "pure luck" if we win next week. If they play a good game they can beat most teams. But they need the offense, defense and ST to show up for 60 mins.
