And rightfully so!

They showed the reverse by OBJ and how damn near everyone besides aldon smith gave up or gave little to no effort on that play

Then they go on to highlight other players lack of effort on other plays as well

I heard the different podcasts talking about this, but I didn’t notice any of this during the game. But now that it’s been pointed out it’s pretty crazy

I would hate to be any defensive player this week going into meetings with this type of shit that they put on film last Sunday

Ok, we all know, and can plainly see that our defense is bad. Not just normal bad, but historically, and on pace to be the worst defense in NFL History type bad.

What are our real options to fix this shit show? We have already simplified the D to make easier for our guys to react instead of having to think on each play. So what is our realistic game plan moving forward?

Replace Nolan?
Bring in someone new and install a new defense?
Revert back to the scheme that our players know?
Tank for Trevor Lawrence?
