I know of 8 people who have tested positive for Covid. ALL of them were vaxxed. 2 of them died. 1 of them has been dealing with nasty symptoms for over 3 months.

I do not personally know of a single non vaxxed person who has tested positive for Covid.

This is wrong thinking. Each of us has an obligation to protect ourselves and our families. We have no obligation to put ourselves at risk for the sake of others. That is a choice we each make.

But more importantly, unvaccinated people do not put vaccinated people at any more risk than vaccinated people do. The science shows that vaccinated people can still get infected and still transfer the virus to others, vaccinated or unvaccinated. If you believe the vaccines work, then you are at no risk from an unvaccinated person.

As far as the science is concerned. there are ample lessons to show that none of the measures taken anywhere in the world have been effective in stopping the pandemic. Most just delay the inevitable. And delaying the end of the pandemic is the worst possible choice because time is an ally of evolution - we are giving the virus a chance to mutate into something more dangerous.

I know of 4 vaccinated people who got COVID, 2 got very sick. But I also know of a person who was not vaccinated and almost died. But the numbers clearly show the vaccines begin to lose potency after about 3 months and wear off completely in about 5 months.

how do you counter the following assertions?:

* the unvaccinated are the primary people filling hospital beds to max capacity from covid

* this takes away people and resources from those with other issues like heart attacks, etc and over taxes the system unnecessarily

* this could have been drastically reduced if these people had gotten vaccinated

I'm not say the above is perfectly accurate or true, just the justification I've heard from those raging against the unvacinated

I just saw a video from Joe Rogan. He ended up with Covid and took the same stuff (along with a bunch of other treatments) and he claims that his Covid symptoms were gone in 3 days.

Did anyone notice the FDA approval of the Pfizer vaccine is for those 16 and older, even though they have been vaccinating children 12 and older for months?

Oscar de la Hoya is in a local hospital here with Covid. He was vaxxed.

I’m curious to see if this even makes the news anywhere else. He is the most famous person that I can think of who has got Covid after being Vaxxed. It popped up on my local FB feed, but I haven’t heard anything in the news about it yet. It wouldn’t surprise me if it never makes the news as it goes against the get the jab to protect yourself campaign

It’s a scary thought that an athlete in good health who was currently in training for an upcoming fight, who is currently in great shape, and who had been vaxxed can still require hospitalization for Covid.
