Watching that Giants flounder yesterday, I couldn't help but think that the way they looked was the way we played in many big games in recent years (especially under Wade and those early Garrett yrs where we flopped in the win or go home season enders). Players clearly not focused on the task at hand, dropped balls, stupid miscues, total meltdown once things started going a little bad. As a team they came up incredibly small.

Did Christine Michael leave us on bad terms? I'd hate to face him when he's pissed off. He's got talent, but a 10cent head and doesn't seem to love football.

The Packers are one dimensional offense. But if Michael can break a few runs and we have to play honest, Rodgers could carve us up and it could be a last possession of the game scenario. Of note, their FG kicker is just as good as ours.

I'm not sure how but Coughlin seems to give his teams a nasty edge that has shocked people in the playoffs in stints at NY & Jacksonville, not sure what he does, but it appeared to be lacking yesterday for the giants and I ain't the least but upset about it

By most accounts he was very unprofessional when he was here. There was the game against the Seahawks where he spent most of the time laughing and joking with his ex-teammates. I also remember reading something about him continually bringing his little brother into the locker room, much to the annoyance of the coaches and players. Don't know if that is true or not.

Maybe the penny has finally dropped and he has realized that he is running out of chances.
