:lol

a horrific first half and your missive is littered with positives!

the turnovers are terrible, no doubt about it...but the offense moved the ball at will and the defense made some good stands, even when the backups were out there...hell one series the Cards had all of their starters on the field against all of our backups, and managed only one first down

I doubt very seriously we have any other games with 3 fumbles and 2 picks in one half again

Not sure what the fuck you are talking about bbgun. Aside from the fumbles, the Cowboys have played pretty well. They moved the ball quite well.

Don't worry about it. Like many on this site, they are only happy when shit goes wrong.

If we turn the ball over 5 times a half we wont win many games. That said, I doubt we have many games we have turnovers like that, especially ine one half. We could have easily have had 20-24 pts or more in the first half.

You are right, but this team has a history of losing in the most excruciating of ways. I'm not seeing any evidence that the Cowboys have overcome their self-defeating ways.

I did like the team‘s aggressiveness. They came out strong on both sides of the ball. I think that is a good sign, but the turnovers aren't.

One thing, I like about this drive is that under Callahan, when we are in the red zone, he tries to go for the first downs and gain a new set of downs, while get as close to the end zone as possible; as opposed to Garrett, who would waste a series by going for the end zone, and then settling for FGs.

We went deep earlier on 3 and 1 with Orton at QB.

He looks slow and uncoordinated

Yep. My thoughts as well. There is no justification for passing up on OL in the 2nd, especially when Warford was there and he would and could immediately help. We wouldn't have to be scrambling about for a Brandon Moore or Waters.

Escobar, Coale, Webb and Randall all recent draft picks who suck and precluded us from addressing needs along the line. How anyone can look at how this team is run and satisfied is beyond me.
