Again, we need more options in the passing game to shade coverages away from Dez. Are you going to want to rely on Witten and Miles Austin with his recurring hamstring issues to do that? I don't think so.

Frederick and Escobar are both solid picks. I just don't see what we've done this off-season to compete with the 49ers, Seahawks, Packers.

Meanwhile, the 49ers have added Anquan Bolden, Eric Reid, and Tank Carradine. I just don't see it. We aren't competing.
