Broaddus be like "they don't like their linemen on a screen" . What kind of clown organization can't run a crucial fundamental football play.

Thats one of the major problems, we cant do anything fundamentally sound. The tackling is atrocious. They cant block worth a damn most of the time. They dont understand basic situational stuff (ie the punter/deep snapper totally blowing that gimmee 5 yd penalty before halftime when the Redskins had 30 players on the field)

I guess I'll have to bring back my trainwreck pic.

I don't think we ran a screen all year against the heavy blitzing defense.

If you don't do shit to slow the blitz down, you are a bitch.

Idk being down in 16 straight games you're bound to fuck up one of the comeback drives. You're telling me there was No pressure down 21-10?

We can win with him, the schoolyard shit is just unsustainable they need a real team

I bet instead of firing Garrett... Jerry extends him this offseason.

Just because it's something stupid for him to do.

I was reading the paper drinking coffee and smoking my tabaco pipe when bubby brister signed Tom Landry to a lifetime contract after going 4-32 in 12 seasons.

lurn the game

Having our 2 signal callers at LB and Barry Church sitting on the sideline definitely hurt us. Their abilities to read the action on the field were sorely missed. We had a bunch of guys running around with their heads cut off out there and who froze whenever RG3 took the snap.

I love Ware, but he doesn't appear to be the sharpest tool in the shed.

All I can say is I hope you are wrong.

I dont see how anything can be different until they make wholesale organization changes. Honestly they should think about a serious rebuilding job and move on from Romo too I think.

I think our D will be alright fielding a healthy Sean Lee, Bruce Carter and Barry Church.

Say what you want about Church's speed, but he knows how to track down the football, esp in the running game.

Romo.

Fuckin Romo.

Jesus... maybe that fumbled snap in Seattle WAS because he's just a goober in critical situations, and NOT because of a slick ball like I've argued for years.

I mean... how do you KEEP getting in this big win and your in games, and ALWAYS finding ways to lose?????????????????????????

Unfuckingreal

No offensive adjustments made to their blitz. No defensive adjustments made to the college offense they were running. Dwayne Harris was the lone bright spot. Romo didn't help himself with a game like he had but this was on the coaches. Outschemed on every level. Even their kick returning Tight End made us look bad. This coaching staff blows.

I have a baaaad feeling Jerry will say we were one half away from the playoffs and that we will have all of these injured players coming back so no need to sign free agents.

Worst possible season. No playoffs but close enough fro apologists and excuse makers. Jerry won't make the necessary changes.

Is it really outscheming, just because we cannot stop them from running the same play over and over?

It really is sad with him, because he can go on these streaks where he is so good.

But at some point you have to come up big when games matter most, he doesnt

don't agree. The coaching staff can be fixed. There is no salary cap for coaching staffs so let's see Jerry spend some of that "most valuable franchise in sports" money on better coaches. Joe D has to go. Rob Ryan has to go. Garrett has to hire a real playcaller and then let them actually call plays.

Some of our philosophies/strategies have to go to. This desire to be a small 3-4 is beyond stupid. The whole, rush 3, cover with 8 is idiotic when you insist on playing Safeties with zero ball awareness. Garrett's refusal or inability to adjust during games is awful.

Romo can win, but he needs some help. He needs better blockers, a defense that can manufacture some turnovers, and coaches that can see what Romo can't and can correct Romo's mistakes. We win and lose with Romo's play, we ride him until the wheels fall off. It doesn't mean we shouldn't improve his surroundings.

the whole team sucked tonight, the tackling was horrible, none of the OLB set the edge... the offense was out of sync and Romo was Romo in the big game

we are slow on our special teams as well

what really got me is that we were running the ball fairly well and have been using playaction, but in this game, Garrett decides to get away from it and go straight to an empty, 4-wide set to pass the football.

If the coaching staff blows---and it does; would it matter as to who we brought in from free agency?

It was like rugby. Their 7 guys vs Our 7 . 250 yards

Agreed.

Ogletree should've been 6" taller on that route.

derp

Yeah I never understood what Romo was yelling at him about. Ogeltree ran the hot route and was open. He just threw the ball 5 feet over him.

All those picks were just bad plays by our QB. Unfortunately they werent the only bad plays he had.
