Why are so many national media people taking so much time off these last 2 weeks?
Take all of july and August nothing happens in sports then.

Because it would mean we are stuck with Garrett AND we are going to get our asses handed to us in the playoffs AND we would have lost valuable draft positioning.

But as others have pointed out, Garrett is almost certain to come back (win or lose), and beating the Skins in their own place would be borderline orgasmic.

Give me two minutes, down by 4 in any game, I'll take Tony Romo in that position every time.

Stuck with Garrett anyways.

And what we'd go from picking 18th to 22nd. BFD.

Also... fuck having to listen to Redskins fans for 6+ months gloat and prop RG3 up like he's better than Tom Brady and shit.

Anyone who is a Cowboys fan and who wants the Cowboys to lose this game on Sunday should just chug a bottle of aspirin ffs.

I'd love nothing more than to win this game.
They will and their fans are going to be super juiced for this game.
We havent faired to well the last coup of times the playoffs were on the line against division opponents. It would be great to shut them the fuck up.

Press coverage is one time when injuries can be valid excuse lines to mask shitty coaching.

You really trust McCray for support over the top?

Would we be better off pressing other teams WR's off the line with good CB's rather than letting them get a totally free release everytime, then still exposing McCray and Sensabaugh?

At least if they press they can disrupt the timing of some plays, which might give the pass rush another second or two to get to the QB

So by that ranking, he's fourth tier, at best the 14th best coach in the league.

Just what a proud franchise like this deserves.

RG3 expects to have more freedom against Dallas

Robert Griffin III expects to have more freedom against the Cowboys Sunday night after coaches chose to hold him in check against the Eagles with a game plan that featured more pocket passing and almost no running, Mike Jones of the Washington Post reports.

In his first game back after spraining the lateral collateral ligament in his right knee two weeks ago, Griffin completed 16 of 24 passes for 198 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. He ran only two times for four yards — one of those carries coming on a broken play.

Griffin wore a bulky brace on his right knee and appeared to limp as he walked during the game, but said afterwards that he wasn’t limited physically, and maintained the same stance on Wednesday. But Griffin did say that he expects to be allowed to do more against Dallas after showing coaches that he is healthy.

“The knee is fine. Whatever I feel like I can do on that day, I will,” said Griffin, who on Wednesday was voted to his first Pro Bowl. “I’ll be able to do more, to answer your question. I won’t dodge it. I’ll be able to do more against the Cowboys than Philly, but we’ll see how that goes.”

DeMarcus Ware (elbow, shoulder) is probable. Only player on injury report that's questionable is LB Ernie Sims (concussion).
