17 rushing attempts, 19 yds. Stuffed over and over in other short yardage situations.

What plays had a better chance of getting a first down today in ANY situation, run or pass?

I swear sometimes some of you people are dumb as bricks about this stuff.

i didnt care if we ran it or not but we had to give the look at least that romo could have potentially did a sneak. it was a horrible play call and design when all you need is a yard there

The absolute worst part of this loss is that it encourages Jerry Jones's "we are so close" mentality.


I stand by my feelings before this season. I believe in our talent. Imagine what we could do with real discipline, real accountability, and real coaching.

shit he was just trying to break his fall, the way all WR's do when coming down that way...it just sucked he was so close to the backline...ran a great route and made a good catch...just need another inch or so

There are so many options you can do lining up in a 2-TE running formation on a short-yardage play.

QB sneak
FB sneak
handoff
playaction
rollout

You don't simply have to run the football, and even still, situationally, when you need to take time off the clock, you're close to the redzone, and it's 2nd and 1, you have to at least attempt to run the football at least once.
