"The Tape" will be out soon on this gimmick filled offense. Then we will see exactly how talented Bob G. is.

Even after yesterdays near flawless performance, I'm not convinced either way.

Redskins generally always come out the gate fast at the beginning of the season and in the games and then fizzle. With the exception of that long TD pass and a few run plays, he was in shotgun for the whole game, and still dink-dunk it.

they are almost always a different team at home...I think we should win the game but absolutely wont be surprised if they give us a tough time

Tampa and Chicago wont be easy either, esp Chicago

They're one game over .500 at home the last few years. Maybe that's different from how shitty they are everywhere else but it's nothing to write home about.

Rookie QB coming out on opening day against the Saints at their house...and lite em up. Impressive. Gimmick or not, doesn’t really matter, usually takes teams some time to figure it out. I liked it, looks innovative. Skins D looked quick too, very aggressive. They are going to be a team the Cowboys will have to deal with. Snap judgement, sure...time will tell.

Bills WR David Nelson tore his ACL - out for year.

The best case scenario for Fred Jackson would be a return in 4 weeks, but again, MRI inconclusive on exact range

Makes sense that the same people who'd be blowing this place up with blind joy after any type of Cowboys win are now downplaying the Skins win at NO yesterday. Where is this objectivity when it comes to discussing your own favorite team?

The Skins are gonna be a pain in the ass for the entire NFC East this season. They certainly do not look like the usual last place division finisher.

Yes, Dbair is incredibly petty when it comes to Dallas' opponents, but it's not crazy to tap the brakes on the Skins and their fast start (see: 2011 Buffalo Bills).

No one here is saying they're gonna take the conference title.

It's just funny to read homers on here discount everything about that win, because they'd be willingly ready to take it in the ass from all 53 players on our roster at one time if Dallas went to NO yesterday and won in any form.

I don't see the need to shit on the Skins win yesterday. Obviously it doesn't mean anything going forward and we can all have our own opinions on where they go from here but for one week at least they get some respect.

Yep. Griffin could throw three picks next week and it still wouldn't detract from beating the Saints on the road.

Good post: I still think the skins are going to suck.
Bad post: Here's why that wasn't an impressive win.

I said their defense was formidable as always... How is that discounting everything?

I honestly don't think New Orleans is going to be as good this year as they have been. And I thought that before the Skins put 40 on em.

Coming from someone with one of the biggest beating of an agenda on the forum, it's comical that you would discount anyone's opinions as being biased... And that includes dbair

I've seen many QBs put together stellar starts to their careers only to begin to fizzle out...ie - Vick and I think Cam Newton is also on that path. I'm not buying the hype on bob griffin just yet

Not sure about NO this season either. I'm still impressed that Bob was able to put together a solid game in his first ever start. He was poised and prepared. They will be a pain in the ass this year regardless of their standing.
