I've kind of cooled on Nicks. I'm leaning to Grubbs. I'd rather we get Carr, though. If we did nothing else this free agency but get Carr and Grubbs, I'd be fine with that.

I'm wary on Nicks. He's legit, but I hate how all he cares about is money. Rubs me the wrong way.

But he gives us flexibility in the draft. Wouldn't be locked in to DeCastro (although I'd still love to draft him and turn a glaring weakness into a monster stregth in one off season).

I dont blame him. He was a pro bowler on a rookie contract who didnt complain or holdout. Its his turn to be paid for all the excellent play and being a team player.....

if he doesnt get paid now he may never get paid.....its his lifes work....He deserves it....

if he turns into haynesworth that is one thing but I dont think there is any indication of that...

I hope we dont sign him and sign another vet and draft decastro....I want a corner....

As a young father, I hope he lands on his feet somewhere. Keeping two kickers was stupid, but he always worked hard for us.
