I'm a firm believer you have to build your team through the draft, but you also need to add players through free agency.

Brooking and Bennett dont have contracts with us. I still dont totally get the Sensabaugh thing, but keeping Scandrick long term makes sense

I don't know why these guys aren't quietly making inquiries about Manning.

I thought Moss was done his last year in the league. I doubt they are paying him much, so if anyone can push his buttons, it might be Harbaugh after being written off.

And, to be honest, I don't think Harbaugh would have any issue just showing him the door if it wasn't working out.

Seems like a low risk signing to me.

Baalke and Harbaugh might have a pretty good thing started in SF.
