People can say what they want, but that loss for the Giants is worse than what the Cowboys sustained against the Lions, even though we were clearly ahead. You are Eli Manning and you throw for over 400 yards and 3 TDs and you still lose to a Tavaris Jackson-led team, who threw for 166 yards and 1 TD.

Well we need that asswipe b/c he's our only hope. We need our OC to go conservative late in games with a big lead. I blame the Red Head Ivy Leaguer as much Romo for the Lion game.

I disagree on blaming Garrett. That was all Romo. Nothing wrong with the playcalling. Romo refused to go through his progressions. It's like he had decided to throw that pass no matter what, when he broke the huddle. That was going to be his only look.

This has nothing to do with beaing "easy" in blaming Romo. Run the ball more... how much more? Run the ball the entire second half? No passes at all, right? Running the ball would not have eliminated Romo from making bad decision, which is the crux of this all. How many yards did we average per carry in that game? Do you think it's feasible we run and then end up with 3 and outs in short order and thereby allow the Lions to chip away at the lead?

Reign Romo in... as in benching him? In hindsight, I would be for that. But here's the problem. You keep running the ball and getting three and outs, and allowing the Lions to score, eventually, you're going to have to pass to maintain the lead.

This all comes down to Romo's bad decision-making. That's why we lost. Not because we didn't run the ball enough.

Yeah, I don't like that match up either. I hope the Jets never take the lead, I do not want to see the ball in Brady's hands. Right now NE is going 13 runs and 10 passes, I hope they keep that up and don't score too much.
