    No good reason why he shouldnt see another snap. Do other teams yank all their good players once the season is over? If Romo is 100% and isnt rusty as hell, he should play. Period, end of story.

    Our defense isnt very good this year. There's alot of reasons. Injuries have certainly played a role, as was Wade's extremely predictable scheme on Sundays. You act like the Saints have never made a big play or been tough to defend for anyone.

    There's alot of talent on this team. Jones isnt the guy I'd credit solely for acquiring it all, but he certainly has had a role. That said, I think he defers to the coaches and scouts far more than people acknowledge. He just makes a convenient scape goat when things go bad.

    Garrett pointed out at the time of the trade that one of the reasons they liked Kitna and wanted to trade for him is because they saw some similarities to Romo, and wouldnt have to make many alterations to the offense if Kitna had to play.

    So why didnt the Colts win the game on the opening possession of OT then? As for downplaying those picks, you are out of your mind. Those were excellent plays. Guys are making plays now that werent even close to making the first 8 weeks.

    I dont know about that, when Romo is on (which is most of the time) he throws with alot of touch and accuracy. That said, I'm thrilled with Kitna. He was a superb acquisition and I hope we can keep him for at least 1 more yr. Not sure what his contract status is.

    First off, you dont know we would have lost the game. Second, its pretty apparent that Garrett is trying to change alot of the mentality there. he wants the team to be extremely physical. You can see in some of his playcalling that he wants this team to push people around in short yardage...

    Freeney bull rushes alot of people. Been watching the guy for years, he does it alot. He's got tremendous power in his legs and plays with outstanding leverage.

    Freeney was mostly invisible yesterday, save a couple of plays. And we ran all over him and Mathis. Free's had a pretty good year. He faced alot of really good pass rushers early in the season and those guys did nothing. He's the least of our worries up front.

    Sensational win. What a game. Thats two really amazing games in a row we've witnessed. One vs the super bowl champs, the other vs the team the champs beat in the super bowl. Both of those teams were expected to make super bowl runs again. I've said it every week now, but I'm proud of this team...

    Scandrick's been pretty good the last 3 games. Not sure why he should be benched now. And he had arguably the best game of his career vs Detroit.

    I think Vic Fangio is a name nobody is mentioning that could end up as DC here. He's currently DC at Stanford with Harbaugh, but is a longtime Capers assistant and was his DC in Carolina (and I think Houston too). If Capers is the guy Garrett wants but he cant leave, he'd likely recommend Fangio.

    Other than you, I've seen nobody speak negatively of Free at all. Perhaps he did your girl friend or sister or something, and it hurt your feelings. Because your hate on the guy makes zero sense. He's had a good year.
