    2010 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

I guess the officials just didnt see Gronoski lower the shoulder into the Bears defender to create space for the TD pass. I mean it was only right in the middle of the field.

    2010 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

Have you really looked at his stats since Garrett took over? 4 starts, 7 tds, 2 picks, two games with QB ratings over 124, a 3rd with a rating just under 100. 2 300+ yd games and he's completing just under 70% of his passes.

Now they are saying the dome might not even be ready Monday night, might have to move the game to U of Minnesota and play outdoors. Giants have to get their outdoor gear flown in.

If Bill Cowher wants to listen, should the Cowboys talk?

What if Garrett tells Jerry otherwise and that he's going to coach another team unless Jerry agrees? That said, you still overblow Jerry's ultimate role here. You act like he does whatever he wants and makes decisions with no regard to how the coaches or scouts think, and that just isnt true...

If Bill Cowher wants to listen, should the Cowboys talk?

Go back and look at the numbers that Meredith, Morton, Staubach and Danny White put up. Not saying that there was no difference in these players at all, but his system did work extremely well for all these guys.

If Bill Cowher wants to listen, should the Cowboys talk?

Landry= great coach Cowher= massively overrated one There actually was some reasoning behind what Landry did, and as you saw, he made the right call at the right time to switch permanently to Staubach at midseason, and the team rolled to a championship and became one of the dominant teams of...

Under Garrett, takeaways are up for the Cowboys, along with wins

1 of those guys is a real HC. The other, not so much.

    Jason Williams

Will apparently miss tomorrows game with an injury, but his two starts have been fairly solid. 7 tackles in each game (14 total) 2 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble and 2 passes defensed. Not starting a rue thread, but I do wish we'd have held onto this guy for another offseason. He probably is...

If Bill Cowher wants to listen, should the Cowboys talk?

This is the guy who thought Kordell Stewart was a real NFL QB. Even though others in the orgnaization (coaches, and front office) told him otherwise.

    Day After Thoughts

I dont like Wade and ultimately he has proved to be a poor hire, but I understand why he was hired. Jones wanted to maximize the talent on defense, an Wade was clearly the best 3-4 coach available at the time, and also had previous HC experience, and had coached teams to the playoffs. He went...

Wow, we've sucked for 15 years...I guess some of those playoff seasons didnt happen...my bad The guy made 3 absolutely dreadful coaching hires after the Jimmy fiasco, he deserves to be skewered for it. But he changed the last month of the Campo "era" and decided to go down a different road...
