I read the same thing.

The Giants are deep at WR. There's a decent chance they'll have to cut a guy who can play.

even if they do cut him, seems unlikely we'd get him...I'm sure we'd put in a waiver claim, but about half the league is ahead of us on the waiver list so somebody else might claim him before us...there's quite a few teams that need 4th/5th WR's and/or return guys

the Giants might also find someone to trade a late rd pick for him

Any other season than this one and I would think he is a lock to make the team. We're just really darn deep at WR this year. Unless we were gonna get rid of Hixon, Douglas is the odd man out IMO.

Douglas cut. I'm sure we'll still see him Wednesday. Jerry Jones can't wait to scoop up that boy.
