I'd rather give top dollar to a CB and DE/OLB than OG. Just saying.

That's why I think we go Carr and Williams then draft DeCastro because how will we be able to pay both Nicks and DeCastro.

I don't think we pay out that much for two guards.

Nicks and Williams although I'd want to go to a 4-3 the majority of the time to maximize Williams. Then give me Koppen on a short/cheaper deal.

You can get a good corner in 2. Overall corner depth in this draft is good. Great pass rush will make all your corners look better.

You could let the draft come to you.

1. Kuechly/Cox/DeCastro
2. Osemele/Zietler/Hosley
3. Minnifield/Washington/Kelemete

The only player I don't want is Finnegan.

Mario is a long shot, IMO. I wouldn't be crushed.

Nicks may end up getting a huge deal that we wouldn't wanna match.

Carr, same as Nicks. He isn't worth Revis/Nhamdi money.

This wouldn't surprise me at all. I think Jerry might be planning on making a big signing, but there are some teams with massive cap space out there. Wouldn't surprise me to see Dallas back out early.

If we could end up with either Mario and say Stephen Gilmore in the draft. Or Carr and Mario. Or just Mario, I'd be pretty happy.

There is a rookie salary cap in place, in case you forgot. DeCastro's salary would not be astronomical. We're going to have to pay whomever we get at #14.

Yeah, I know there's a rookie cap in place. I'm talking beyond this year. If we were to sign Nicks it won't be for just one year and DeCastro won't be getting peanuts for long. He's too good of a player.

Decastro would most likely be getting either a 5 or 6 yr deal. Probably worth around 11-13 million if he's picked around 12-14. By the time he needs a new deal, Nicks would be coming off his.

Uh duih... I know that we will not sign Nicks for just one year. We'll have DeCastro for at least four year with an optional fifth under the new CBA. So we would have them both for at least 4 years.

You can sign only 2.

Gee... only two?

We'll be lucky to land one. We don't have THAT much cap space.

We could probably do it. Our dead money is slowly burning off. We don't have any real must re-sign young guys coming down the pike.

Let Felix walk he sucks anyway, cut Ratliff next year. Whatever. Who cares?
