Yes, the defense is held together by glue and rubber bands, but the offensive line cost us this game. Free was a fucking turnstile, and Collins had two holding calls that ruined consecutive drives in the 4th. Martin false starting at home on the last drive? Inexcusable. Holes opened for Zeke? Next to none. Hell, the much less heralded Giants o-line gashed holes left and right, even in obvious run situations late in the 4th. Disgraceful.

This oline was drafted for its pass blocking abilities. That's their forte. Smash mouth ain't their main game.

isn't that the way it always is with this organization?

All i hear nonstop is how we have the #1 O line in the universe and Zeke will be in the running to break the rookie rushing record and then they both shit the bed

Its always like this, the minute we're told ___________(insert player here) has a huge edge, you can book on that player disappearing

Red zone offense was atrocious. Stats were very even. They executed in the red zone, we didnt

Twill's lack of awareness
Bullshit. "lack of awareness" is far too innocent of a term for what really is, just a dumb player. Been playing 15 years since pee-wee, and doesn't automatically, instinctively KNOW this shit?

It's all a product of coaching failures. Garrett has no idea how to get the ball to good players and exploit scenarios. It's hilarious that Dez was a non-factor. He would have had 150 yards if he played for Green Bay, Pitt, NE, etc.

He'll say that the CB had the angle on him, but you still gotta try to muscle your way out of bounds.

Its all a product of Jerry having to be comfortable with his coaching staff. As long as he is alive, all this team is going to be good for is jersey sales.

Seriously.

You're in the NFL. It's basically a masters degree in football and you're forgetting little shit like this?

Hell the route and pass were carrying him right to the sideline.

And I know for a fact pre-snap and pre-huddle the talk was all about getting the football and taking it out of bounds as soon as you could.

Giants looked like they actually practiced hard, hit, and didn't rest everyone with a hangnail during training camp.

I wouldn't go that far. Remember, they still only won by 1 point. As bad as the Cowboys played the Giants could have easily lost that game.

The Cowboys would be better off if the NFL did away with preseason. Garrett doesn't know how to use it to get his team ready.

It's inexcusable. The team needs to find ways for Dez to get touches.

Also surprising to see how well Dez is dealing with his lack of involvement. In post-game interviews he was calm and positive, apparently demonstrating maturity while saying supportive things about Dak.

sounds like the garrett process is slowly sucking the life and passion out of him too

It was super obvious the giants were trying to shut down EE, and make Dak beat them with his arm. Yet, where was Dez? It boggles my mind we don't use Dez like he's a top flight WR. We should almost be FORCING the ball to him.

The Giants d-line could end up being one of the best run-stopping lines this season. Our run game isn't *that* bad.

this line is overrated, especially when they face off against big uglies with 300 pounders in the middle. The bulky Eagles have abused them in the past, and so did the Lions in that playoff game. when Free wasn't getting bull-rushed, he was completely whiffing on JPP. short yardage? have sucked at that for years.
