Not even close. Because that wasn't the meter. The meter was RECENT Lombardis. And yes that does matter, it's a intangible. And the G men are the only ones in the East who have it.

5 Lombardis collected over 50 years does not matter, you're right. Especially when the last one of those was almost 20 fucking years ago and the team hasn't been any better than mediocre, since.

We've all seen the Giants look like absolute shit, only to watch them flip a switch at a moments notice.

I like Philly to win the division, but it wouldn't surprise me to see the Giants go 4-4 early, then finish 6-2 and win a playoff game. It's what they do.

Since only 10 people voted is it safe to assume everyone else has the cowboys winning.

I doubt the redskins name thing affects their season at all.

It all hinges on what RG3 really is.

It will have some impact. Not saying it's gonna majorly affect their season one way or another but it will be somewhat of a distraction. It's gonna be 50% of camp talk. I mean shit, anytime they interview a redskin player now they bring up the controversy. And this is the offseason. Sure the players will spill the company line and say it's not blah blah blah. But you'd be a fool to believe it. These players are sissy's anymore. Everything fuckin bothers them.

And I don't agree that it all comes down to RG3. That could be the excuse for years past but by now they know what they have in him. They know because of his playing style that he's a few hits away from missing the season. Fuck if us fans know that then they definitely know it. Gruden being the new coach would be a complete dumbass to bank on RG3. There's gonna be a plan in place to go on without him. Just comes down to that overall talent level on that team and I'm not impressed by it. They might have enough to beat us but not the giants or eagles to steal the division.

We have Garrett. That is enough for any to beat us. I want us to fail big time. I'm sick of these 8-8 seasons. It's hurts us on two fronts: 1.) lousy draft position to where we miss out on key players that could have really help this team. 2.) Always coming down to the last game of the season with the division on the line, and they come up short.

My ideal scenario would be.. We lose the first 4 or 5 games. Garrett gets canned. Then Marinelli comes in like Gene Hackman in The Replacements. Except it won't be replacement players it will be the bums we currently have on roster so yea maybe like the replacements. And his Shane Falco will already be on the team in Tony Romo. Marinelli gets Romo to stop choking when it matters and we win the fuck out.
