You didnt think of E-Lie?
I never saw him as hellbent enough to ever give up 6 picks in one game. He goes into a shell way too easily. Fitz doesn't give a fuck, just throws it even harder after a pick.

The best I can find is E-Lie has thrown 5 in a game - 2 times.

2013 against the Seahawks
2014 against the Forty-Whiners

I thought Romo threw 5 INTs at Buffalo yet still pulled off the win?

Come to think of it, it might have been 4 Ints and 1 fumble

Yeah I remember two of them were pick sixes, necessitating him to "pull off the win" his bed shitting almost cost us. Big 4th quarter "comeback" after he fucking GAVE them 14. One of them was picked IN OUR OWN END ZONE.

EDIT

I looked it up. We also gave them a 103 yd kickoff return to boot. 21 of their 24 points were gimmes.

Can't see him on the list NoMo put up, but Joe Theismann threw 5 picks on his birthday in a blowout opening MNF loss to the Cowboys in 1985. Jay Schroeder came in and immediately threw a pick 6, giving Thurman's Thieves 6 total picks for the game.

Edit - Just realized that NoMo's list is for Hall of Famers, and Theismann isn't in the HoF.

Speaking of Thurman, why doesn't he have a job coaching?

Weird, Broadway Joe in HOF with more career picks than TDs. In because he was icon and one of the most important players in league history, not necessarily of the best, but his style and presence lead to huge boost in popularity of the game.

Yeah that was when this team actually got turn overs on a regular basis. Everson Walls 11 picks as a rookie, unheard of for those kinds of stats today. CBs dont play the ball in the air anymore.

Yep they don't even teach it that way anymore. Not even in pee wee.
